AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

TERMINATION/CHANGE OF SERVICE

  • Please be aware that we require a 30-day notice before making any changes or ending the service.
  • Additionally, any modifications or cancellations can only take effect at the end of the monthly billing cycle. For example, if you provide a 30-day notice on or before May 1st, full payment for the month of May will be required as it marks the end of the monthly cycle. However, if the notice is given after May 1st, the end of the billing cycle will be the end of June, and payment for both May and June will be required.
  • If you wish to reduce the number of days for the service, a 30-day notice is necessary for the reduction.
